1. What is Strwbrry Box?
Strwbrry Box is a monthly subscription box designed to support your menstrual cycle with thoughtfully curated period care, wellness products, teas, and soothing surprises that align with each phase of your cycle.

2. What comes in each box?
La Fraise Box - Menstrual supplies, Wipes, Cycle support tea, a sweet or salty treat, two indulgent gift products chosen by Kara & Holly.

3. Can I customize my box?
Yes! During sign-up, you’ll select your preferred period products. While the surprise items and self-care goodies change monthly, they're always tailored to comfort and nourish you.

4. When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed on the same day you subscribed each month. For example, if you subscribed on the 5th, you’ll be charged on the 5th of each following month unless canceled.

5. When will my box ship?
We ship boxes around the same time each month to ensure they arrive before your cycle begins. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.

6. How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can manage your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Cancel, pause, or update your preferences hassle-free — no questions asked.

7. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or missing, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right!

8. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding. Stay tuned!

9. What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
Each box includes ingredient lists for all products. We always aim to include gentle, natural ingredients, but please read labels carefully and reach out with any concerns before subscribing.

10. Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! You can send a one-time gift box or prepay for a subscription. It’s the perfect way to show someone you care.
